I'm Rosi Bremec. I've spent more than 25 years leading businesses, working with people and trying to understand what makes both tick.
These days, I work with founders, write about the things we don't always talk about, and take every opportunity to meet people whose stories deserve to be heard.

I've spent much of my career helping companies grow, making complicated operations work better and translating ambitious plans into something people can actually deliver.
I understand what happens between the boardroom and the people doing the work. I know how quickly a business can outgrow its processes, and how much difference the right structure, leadership and a little common sense can make.
Today I work with founders and leadership teams who need an experienced perspective, whether that's improving operations, simplifying processes, introducing smarter technology or working through a difficult decision. Sometimes you just need someone to come in, ask the right questions and help get things moving.
The Agency Letters
I write about those things. The stories we tell ourselves, the choices we make, what ambition means at different stages of life, and the complicated relationship between work, identity and our sense of worth.
Some essays are personal. Others come from years of working with people and watching what happens when life refuses to follow the plan. I'm not particularly interested in telling people how they should live. I'm interested in the questions that help us understand how we do.
Not whether we can control what happens to us, because mostly we cannot, but who gets to decide what it means. A quieter kind of authorship, and the real work of a life.

I keep meeting people who make me think, "more people should know about you." People who have built something interesting, taken a chance, challenged an assumption or simply found the courage to do something differently. Often, they don't see what's remarkable about their own story.
I'm developing a series of conversations to introduce some of these people, understand what drives them and share what we can learn from them. It's new, and one I'm looking forward to building.
Speaking
I've spoken at international conferences, joined industry panels and talked about everything from leadership and business transformation to ambition, agency and the human consequences of difficult decisions.
I bring the perspective of someone who has spent years making those decisions, not simply studying them. I like conversations that make people think and leave room for the things we don't always say out loud.
A business challenge. A speaking invitation. An interesting person I should meet. Or perhaps something you've read that you'd like to talk about.
