I recognise that feeling. I keep hearing it from women who have built careers, held families and teams together, and kept showing up through things few people know about.
I write and speak about these experiences: what work comes to mean about our worth, the stories we carry about ourselves, and what happens when we begin questioning expectations we once took for granted.
We do not need to have everything worked out before we can speak honestly. This is where I bring those conversations together.

Writing
Essays on identity, work, shame and beginning again, written from inside the questions rather than the far side of a tidy transformation.
We meet most people halfway through their story and quietly assume we know the rest. This is about a woman who kept protecting one small thing while everything else fell away, and everything that came before the moment we walked in.

Speaking
My talks begin with real moments: a role ending, a woman wondering why the life she worked to build no longer fits, a leader realising that somebody else has been left to carry the human consequences of a decision.
The settings change, but the questions connect. What have we allowed an experience to mean about us? What responsibility still belongs to us? What becomes possible when we tell a truer story?

For more than twenty-five years, I built teams, led change and carried responsibility for performance across technology, SaaS and iGaming. I gave that work my time, energy and attention, and I am proud of much of what we built.
Now I am becoming more deliberate about what I give myself to.
I keep hearing something similar from women who encounter my writing. They have experience, energy and plenty to contribute, but they don't necessarily want to climb back into structures they have outgrown. They still want to do work that matters. They also want more agency over their time, their attention and the terms on which they contribute.
Some know exactly what they want next. Many of us are still working it out.
I write, speak, contribute and follow the questions that stay with me. That is the work now.
