About — Rosi Bremec

I'm Rosi Bremec, a writer, speaker and experienced business operator.

For more than 25 years, I've worked across international businesses, led teams, navigated change and helped turn ideas into results. I've enjoyed much of it. I've also learned that the most interesting part of any business is usually the people behind it.

I've worked in technology, SaaS and iGaming, including senior executive roles where I've been responsible for operations, people and commercial performance. I understand the pressures of leadership, the complications of growing businesses and what happens when a decision that looks sensible on paper meets real life.

But my curiosity has never stopped at the office door. I'm interested in what drives people, what they've experienced, the things they believe about themselves and what becomes possible when they see something differently. That curiosity has led me to writing, speaking and some of the most interesting conversations I've had.

Today, my work combines business advisory, leadership, writing and speaking. I'm also building a series of conversations with people whose stories deserve to be heard. I like having the freedom to do different things. I enjoy working with businesses, travelling, meeting people, writing and learning something new. I'm proud of the experience I've built, and I'm enjoying deciding what I want to do with it.
