Speaking
Twenty-five years inside organisations taught me to look closely at what a decision actually costs someone. That instinct is what I bring to a stage now. I speak from inside the decisions: the calls that looked rational, the conversations leaders handed to HR, and the consequences that followed people home.
That background gave me little patience for leadership slogans. My talks are built from real moments, hard questions and the responsibility leaders cannot outsource.
Flagship Keynote — At a Glance
A story-led keynote for senior leaders and HR audiences about what happens when leaders make the decision but leave HR to carry its human consequences.
Responses to the Idea
The essay behind this keynote reached HR directors, senior leaders and employees who recognised the burden of being asked to deliver decisions they had not made, and then being treated as though they owned the damage. None of this was boosted or promoted.
